Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • A proof of purchase must be provided

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on beanies and children’s hats unless they are faulty. All other products from our collections including Brixton, Carhartt, Faustmann, and GĂ„rda Hats of Sweden are eligible for returns when conditions are met.

Return Process

  1. Submit a Return Request: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. You may use our template below for convenience.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship Your Return: Once approved, package the item securely and ship it to our returns address (provided in your approval email). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Processing: Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Exchange Process

If you need a different size or style:

  1. Follow the same return process above, clearly stating you wish to exchange the item
  2. Specify the replacement item you would prefer
  3. If the exchange item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference
  4. For lower value items, we will refund the difference

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested item.

Refund Information

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty items
  • For PayPal payments: refunds may take 3-5 additional days to appear in your account
  • For credit card payments: refund processing times vary by bank (typically 3-10 business days)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):

  • Please clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges
  • We cannot refund original customs duties or import taxes
  • Return shipping costs may be higher for international returns
