Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (ÂŁ12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over ÂŁ50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Note: We currently ship worldwide, excluding Asia and certain remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

While we’re confident you’ll love your premium headwear, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary. Our policy is designed for your convenience while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Return Policy Overview

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging and proof of purchase required
  • For hygiene reasons, beanies and children’s hats cannot be returned unless faulty

Return Process

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship Your Return: Once approved, securely package the item and ship to our returns address (provided in approval email). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Processing: Upon receipt, we inspect the item and process your refund/exchange within 3-5 business days.

Exchange Process

If you need a different size or style:

  • Follow the standard return process above, clearly stating you wish an exchange
  • Specify your preferred replacement item
  • For higher value items: pay the difference
  • For lower value items: we refund the difference

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested item.

Refund Information

  • Refunds processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the return
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for faulty items)
  • PayPal refunds: may take 3-5 additional days to appear in your account
  • Credit card refunds: processing times vary by bank (typically 3-10 business days)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For international returns (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):

  • Clearly mark packages as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges
  • Original customs duties/import taxes cannot be refunded
  • Return shipping costs may be higher for international returns
